Service Agreements - How They Work

Total Technology Services works on a retainer basis with all of our clients. Our clients purchase a block of service time in advance which establishes a service contract. We then provide services as scheduled based on needs of the client - either through set days where we report on-site, or simply scheduled as needed for on-site work as needs arise.

Contracted time is used as the client dictates; on website development, server projects, PC rollouts, routine workstation support, etc. Hours are then deducted from the client service agreement balance at the hourly rate established.

Each month you willed be billed in advance for your monthly service contract.  As service is provided to your company, a detailed log is kept of the dates and hours worked, services performed, and level of support. This log is always available to the client, enabling you to see the status of your account.

Service Agreements cover labor costs only. In event of hardware repairs, parts will be billed separately.

Let Total Technology Services provide a quotation to become your IT services partner!  Total Technology Services will analyze each client request and price services based on the following criteria:

  • Technical levels of service(s) required by client - Web/ Internet, Fileserver or Workstation, number of PCs or servers to be covered
  • Volume of service hours being committed by client annually
  • Client also is a Product Sales client that procures hardware through Total Technology Services
  • Proximity to our service center and existing client base

We will then be able to provide a price quotation to establish a service agreement, showing hourly rates for service work.
